Gearfire alternative

Gearfire is a closed network. The shops share chrome, nav, and a “member of GEARFIRE” footer. You do not write the titles or the slugs. Coriolis is the Gearfire alternative: WooCommerce on your domain, 21 distributor catalogs through FFL Cockpit, and the register you already run. We are not affiliated with Gearfire or RetailBI. Leaving AmmoReady? That’s a different page.

Gearfire vs WooCommerce

Gearfire Classic shops we opened share the same nav (Home, Store Policies, Firearms News), the same footer, and the same financing FAQ. Inventory changes. The page does not. On owned WooCommerce the page lives on your domain. You write the H1, the about page, the transfer page, and the schema. FirearmCart and Gunpowdr sit in the table because dealers compare those storefronts too — we do not republish their fee cards.

FirearmCart and Gunpowdr appear because dealers compare them. We do not republish their fee cards or invent catalog internals. AmmoReady and Gearfire cells restate copy already published on this site. Coriolis is not affiliated with Gearfire or RetailBI.

Gearfire pricing 2026

We do not republish Gearfire’s fee card. It is theirs and it changes. This site already calls that model “network-priced.” Bring their invoice if you want it mapped to the published Coriolis ladder: Minute Man $169, Militia $269, Gun Runner $369, Warlord $469, FFL Accelerator $569. Setup is $500 or $2,500. No annual contract. If you walk, you take the website.

Leave Gearfire without going dark

Keep the live Gearfire shop until the new store is ready. Do not give notice first. Same five steps we publish for leaving AmmoReady.

  1. Keep your domain. We stand up Woo on it before you give notice.
  2. Map the catalog (own stock, Cockpit feeds, or both) and redirect the URLs that already rank.
  3. Wire FFL Checkout, payments, and taxes. Test a mixed cart.
  4. Connect the register only if you want the floor and the site in sync (Warlord and Accelerator).
  5. Cut DNS. You leave with the site.

Questions we get

Is Coriolis affiliated with Gearfire or RetailBI?
No. Marks belong to their owners. We do not sell Gearfire’s sales data.
Can I leave Gearfire without going dark?
Yes. Keep your domain. We stand up WooCommerce before you give notice, map the catalog, redirect the URLs that already rank, test a mixed cart, then cut DNS. Do not give notice until the new store is ready.
What is Gearfire’s 2026 price?
We do not republish Gearfire’s fee card. It is theirs and it changes. Compare their invoice to the published Coriolis ladder: Minute Man $169, Militia $269, Gun Runner $369, Warlord $469, FFL Accelerator $569. Setup $500 or $2,500.
What about FirearmCart and Gunpowdr?
Dealers compare those storefronts too. We do not republish their fee cards or invent their catalog internals. The Coriolis column is the one we publish: WooCommerce you own, 21 distributors via FFL Cockpit, the register you already run.
Does switching off Gearfire kill RetailBI?
No. Demand Intelligence is not a RetailBI replacement. Keep the Index for what sold. Add search intent if you want what people typed. See Demand Intelligence vs RetailBI.
